Top up £10 to my PAYG team but when I checked my balance through AL to 150, balance is 0. I received a confirmation email for my payment and my bank has been debited. Please help.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the Home > View Full Usage page.

I haven't registered my account online. I just used the online top up.

The email confirmation of the top up says:

Hi,

Thanks, we've received your payment of £10 made online to _______.

You shouldn't need to register to use the SIM but it might tell us a bit more.

I also tried registering but I kept on not receiving a verification code. It is just weird that the top up won't show up straight away on my balance. The AL to 150 mirrors the the online account I presume.

You should be able to receive a text. It's free to receive.
