I travel to Spain at the end of the month I have subscription pack what do I do before I go and when I get there everytime I try to get the info on the site it says it can't be reached or error same on my app

For Pay as you go there is nothing to set up before you travel. There are two options for travelling around the EU-

Either add a pack which lets you use your plan allowance in EU - You'll only be able to add these once you once you arrive at your destination. You'll receive a text message when you land.

Or you can just pay for your usage as and when you use it.

Are you able to access our Pay as you go Roaming in EU page where you can find a full explanation, pack options, and how to activate?

On PAYG there are charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day or £10 / week, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt for neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.

If you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.
