I've bought credit but can't use this to buy an add on , why is this so difficult / impossible ? It's almost fraud on the part of EE ! Le

@rasppi if you’ve put credit on your account you can use the EE app purchase additional data add-ons,

I am another customer who cannot buy data using the app or different web browsers. In addition the text interface does not list all the available data addons. This company is unable to even sell me it's own products. Pathetic.

@coastwalker : Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
