Hi. Yes. Data add ons are supposed to kick in instantly, but they don't. I have to ring EE to get them to add it on their end. Very annoying as I use the wifi mini in my rental and if guests use up monthly data they have to wait for me to ring EE to get them to add credit.

I've just had to use my data roaming FROM Jersey, as the EE never worked &
there was No cellular activity either on normal network??
It'll probably cost me more than £20 I paid for 1 day even though it said
for 30days on the pack, than it does here in Jersey!!!
Not impressed this time!
I'm heading back to Manchester in 3 weeks & would like to actually speak to
a human being to get it sorted!!!

What type of problems are you having, is it with the data packs? What exactly is it you are trying to do and what happens when you try?
