I received a call from 0800 956 5062 after dailing 150 for help as my account says it is compromised when trying to topup my phone credits today.

Just want to confirm its authenticity of the phone number to see if it's actually from Ee.

Thanks!

That is a pukka EE no. for calling out.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi @Gorgan.

Welcome to the community.

It is common for the team to ask for an IP address if they are opening a ticket for the EE app, but I can understand your concern.

Had you been in touch with our team prior to receiving the call?

Yes, after calling 150 to use the live chat, after 5 minutes i had a call from that number. From tech support i ended up to level 3-4 tech support, this is where they was asking for my ip just to do somenthings, but “after this you will receive a call between 3-5 working days” after all the informations given to them.. for me sounds a bit doggy to ask for my ip address.
