&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you hear when you are attempting a call? Is it a recorded message or a tone?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so I just bought a 50p pay as you go sim card and &amp;nbsp;already top up on it, I can use data but I can’t do any phone call, no matter who I call it just sounds like “the system is busy” or smth. Could somebody help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
