Welcome to the community.

If you want to cancel your pack from renewing you can text STOP PACK to 150 from your phone or cancel it in the EE app or online account, to stop it from renewing.

I left the uk on 7th September and I am now in Portugal, so i requested to opt out of my pack but your service deducted charge from my bank account so I kindly request to refund my fee

@Lpanahi77 If you have been unable to stop your subscription pack via text and have had a charge come out, you will need to contact our Pay as you go team to help. They can help make sure your pack is stopped moving forward.

From outside the UK you can call us on +44 (0)7953 966 150 or can also use a free web calling app such as Skype to call us on +44 800 9566000
