I haven't used the card for months, I top up for 20, but I can't buy the packs.I texted to 150 to buy packs, but it can't buy packs using the credits.

Did you text ALL PACKS to 150? How many months ago was the SIM last used to make a call or send a text message?

Yes, I have texted the all packs to 150. Last time I use the SIM was in May.
