Can you text BALANCE to 150, does the text that you receive say that the credit is there to add the pack?

If it is showing there, please try to text NOW to 150 to restart the new pack.

I have the same issue. It says I have £10.05 in credit but when I try to add a pack (Pack10) it says “To buy your £10 pack again, simply top up £10 and your pack will start automatically”. It won’t allow me to add a pack.

Could you try texting ALL PACKS to 150, then following the options for the pack you want. Is that what you were trying before?
