I am on payg, I have plenty of credit, I have a Samsung A54 but for whatever reason I simply cannot send images via sms from the UK to Canada. I have no problem sending sms to Canadian numbers but even reduced size pictures end in failure with the message that " service not activated on network " many ideas would be very appreciated.

For most phones, you can download the settings needed for MMS from the online set up tool
