I’ve been trying to find information on how to start a family account to make my partner and I’s life easier but can’t seem to find any information on how to do so?

Do I just add his number into my EE account?

@wikkia if your partner already has an account of their own then they would need to call customer service services to request a change of ownership so it can be moved onto your account. You will then become the account holder for all lines on your account.. ideally you would need to be present at the same time as you will also have to confirm that you want to take over the contract as it will going to your name and you’ll be responsible for all bills of the account.

What do you mean by a "family" a/c? In EE it means a no. of contracts under the same EE a/c that may share data. It does not apply to PAYG a/c's.

With PAYG you can add & remove any nos. from any PAYG a/c.
