      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;About three weeks ago (Friday, 23 Aug), I received a text from &lt;STRONG&gt;-EE-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;which said I hadn't made a&amp;nbsp;chargeable call/text from my mobile for six months.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's true because I'm based in &lt;STRONG&gt;Iran&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I can't make or receive any calls on my EE line. Even though I can't send text messages, I can only receive text messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roaming doesn't work in the &lt;EM&gt;Middle East&lt;/EM&gt; because I used this EE SIM when I was in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Iraq,&lt;/STRONG&gt; and it didn't work either. There isn't any chat service, and I can't call &lt;STRONG&gt;150&lt;/STRONG&gt; or any phone/mobile numbers overseas. But I seriously need this SIM to keep alive my credentials in the UK, like my address or my bank account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please someone EE staff help me to avoid disconnection from EE network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
