      <description>&lt;P&gt;Topped up, pack not auto renewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened 4 times now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Showing I have credit and confirming I have credit with 150.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had to wait in a cue to access your app for 5 mins and your telephone support never works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Communication experts? This is ridiculous&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have been trying to speak to customer service today, they are probably very busy due to new IPhone and IWatch and customers pre-ordering, this seems to be happening with 02 as well, as I have read in another thread.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It worked for me on Wednesday, hardly waited at all. Did you try pressing 1 and then 2 to speak to a customer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
