i PAY FOR A £10 PACK WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE UNLIMITED TEXTS AND 500 MINUTES.I ONLY SEND A FEW TEXTS AND DO NOT MAKE PHONE CALLS FROM MY PHONE.

WHY AFTER 7 DAYS IF I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO SEND UNLIMITED TEXTS AND 500 MINUTES AM i TOLD THAT THERE IS ONLY £1 LEFT ON MY ACCOUNT.

Your calls & texts don't come out of credit but from the pack that you bought for £10. £1 must have left as credit after you bought the pack.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
