      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use the phone for about 2 weeks at a&amp;nbsp; time approximatly every other month. A payg sim is a perfect solution. I do not want a recurring subscription or a contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually want either a £20 or a £30 pack added. But sometimes maybe £15 or even £35.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately there is ZERO signal where I live and so I want to add credit before leaving home. EE has very good national coverage and seemed a good choice but I am now thinking of changing because it is so difficult to add a pack without signing up for a subscription. Almost impossible for me because I can't access my phone. In the end I added £35 credit last night and when I checked it had taken £20 for a pack and left £15 credit. NOT WHAT I WANTED TO DO. I have tried to speak to someone but just get a message to call 150 from my phone. Which I can't do. If this happens every time I top up I will have to find another provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your credit will pay for calls/texts and if you want data you need to purchase a data add on. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/using-phone-features/use-wifi-calling" target="_blank"&gt;WiFi Calling&lt;/A&gt;, so you can get in touch, even if you don't have signal?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you activate this then the team will be able to look into changing your current pack to the one you wanted.&lt;/P&gt;
