Confused About PAYG Packs – Why Two Options?

Hi everyone,

I’m a bit confused about the PAYG packs on offer and was hoping someone could clarify this for me. EE offers two different £15 monthly PAYG packs, but one seems noticeably better than the other.

For £15, you can either get a pack with 25GB of data and unlimited minutes, or another with only 5GB of data and fewer minutes. Both are priced the same, so I’m struggling to understand why anyone would choose the inferior option.

Is there something I’m missing here? Why does EE offer two packs at the same price when one is clearly a better deal? Any insights would be appreciated!

There is only 1 £15 pack currently on offer. It comes with 25 GB data + unlimited mins & texts. Where do you see one with only 5 GB data? It's probably a legacy pack that you are looking at.

How strange. On my screen, when I select the 'Packs and Subscriptions' option in the iOS EE application, it displays duplicate packs for every single one available—one being inferior to the other. Unless these were previous deals that have since been upgraded and not removed from the app results for some reason, I’m not sure why this is happening.
