&lt;P&gt;That way they can see if there's any way we can speed up the credit being applied, and check the status of your number moving too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, so i have received my new sim today, and the signal has been very low… no service most of the time. The most I’ve had is 1 bar, i also read in the leaflet i have received that it will take 2 days for my calls, data and texts to work… why is that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for getting back to me, i decided to leave 02. I ordered the £35 subscription pack &amp;amp; i was very excited to get it all set up. Unfortunately it has been very stressful… i have my original number as wanted but there is also a new number too,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked coverage in my area and it says 4G should be working fine but in reality it is very slow for me, it works but loads very poorly and goes off for a minute or two.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.jpg" style="width: 3024px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33394i508872F897440A55/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="image.jpg" alt="image.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i may have read it incorrectly, it says my top up will be added within 2 days. &lt;P&gt;When it comes to coverage, have you had a chance to test the SIM elsewhere to see if there are any improvements?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also when it comes to number transfers, this will usually take place on the next working day after the SIM first connects to our network, but can occasionally take a bit longer. Your SIM will have its own temporary number until then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If someone were to call you on the number you'd like to keep, does this come through on your EE SIM, or the O2 SIM?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;On the new SIM, can you please send us a text with AL to 150 and let me know exactly what comes back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you go into Settings &amp;gt; Phone &amp;gt; My number, does this show the one you want to keep, or the temporary number that came with the SIM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's now reading the temporary number in your phone's settings, this will be confusing iMessage, but it should correct itself once your number transfers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also did you order this SIM direct from our website, or purchase it elsewhere?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i ordered my pay as you go sim and it arrived on Thursday. It’s been almost 2 days and my number still has not been transferred, my top up balance still says £0.00.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My number also says it will be removed from my Apple ID in 28 days (my original). So I will have no choice but to use the new number that has been given with the new sim. My data is somehow working but very slow, if there’s nothing that can be done to save my original number then i don’t mind having to use the new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
