      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have had a new SIM card and when I got it I purchased a subscription pack. I have tried accessing data, making a call and sending a text and it hasn't activate yet I had also call twice to 150 costumer service but still it’s not working any solution?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
