&lt;P&gt;I can imagine you'll be concerned that you've not got the amount of data that you were expecting, so I want to make sure we get this looked into as soon as possible for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend giving our customer service team a call so that they can look into your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To speak to them, you'd just need to call 150 from your EE phone&lt;/P&gt;
