150 Says "Voucher Suspended"

Hello, Today i purchased a 20 pound EE top-up for my phone, but when i tried to use it it said it was possible to process the voucher? So i tried again incase it was an error. But then it said my voucher was suspended? I've seen other people on here with this problem but not the suspended one. I dont know why this has happened as ive never had issues with topping up before. Has anyone else had any problems like this?
