Hello. My old phone has died. Going to get a new pay as you go phone. How do I keep my existing number without the old SM card ?

@Neilb1972 You requested it to be transferred to the new sim. Why don’t you have the old sim ?

Apologies, I have now managed to access the sim card from my old phone. Managed to find the pick, does anyone know how long on average it takes from ordering online for the phone to arrive. I work full-time but from home on Thursday and Friday

When placing the order there will be an expected delivery dispatch time for the device you have selected.

DPD will be in touch the day before to let you know when this will be delivered and include tracking details.

How long on average do payg phones take to arrive ?. Ordered on Wednesday, no way of tracking the delivery it seems and the only number I could provide was my landline
