Hi the EE team,

This September, I am going back to my home country to work after graduating. My flight is on September 7th. I would like to cancel the subscription that will be charged next time from the bank account, and I also have £20.5 remaining in my top-up. What should I do?

@Por You can stop the DD yourself it’s your bank account. Credit on your account is none refundable. Stop the DD now and use the credit on the account,
