I have credits on my EE account but everytime I try to buy a subscription pack, it asks me for a payment method and when I did put my card details in, it took the money out from my card instead of my EE credits (which I had just topped up as well). It ended up billing me twice with some useless credits remaining on my balance. It should have been by your PAYG credit, not by Direct Card Payment.</P> <P>Text STOP PACK to 150 &amp; it'll stop buying the pack &amp; stop the auto direct card payment.
