My £1 talk text pack not renewing

My £1 talk text pack didn’t renew, I checked balance and I have enough. I’ve text NOW and START PACK to 150, I’ve Restarted my phone and it still says not enough credit but I have £5.88

I got this text message from EE this morning.

Get the best value with packs. To renew your £1 Talk & Text Pack with 25 mins, 50 texts and 10MB of data to use in the UK for up to 7 days you need £1.00 credit.

Top up now at ee.co.uk/myee or by calling 150. Until then calls cost 40p/min and texts are 20p each in the UK.

but I have £5.88 credit

If the self serve options for activating the £1 pack are not working, please speak with our Mobile Care team on 150, or 08009566000 from any other phone, where a guide will manually be able to check the account and activate the pack for you.
