Cancel pay as you go pack

Can someone help I cancelled my pay as you go pack by

texting stop pack to 150 topped up as I'm going on holiday with £20 so I'd have enough for my two weeks away and it took £10 for my package that I had cancelled what can I do?

Call CS to complain. That shouldn't happen.
