top up my phone on saturday . i can not text or call on the phone.

Does your phone show coverage indicators?

What happens when you try sending a text? What happens when you try making a call? Can you receive calls? Can you receive texts? Can you use mobile data?

1 . got no bar on the phone.

2. if i text it come up as failed to send it.

3 . if i making a call it said i need to top up ( i did that on the 24 th )

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

If your phone doesn't show coverage, there's your underlying problem. If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data. When did you previously last incur charges on this PAYG line - was it more than 6 months ago?

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

i need to go into the ee stop & call from they to get it work .

( by call up 150 ) but all good now .
