Hi,

I’m on the £30 Subscription Pack with 100 GB data. I’ll be traveling to Zurich soon and need to know:

1. How much of my 100 GB data can I use in Zurich under the fair usage policy?
2. Are there any extra charges for data use in Switzerland?
3. What are my options if I need more data while there?
4. Is Zurich included in the “Roam Like at Home” plan?

Any advice would be great!

Yes. To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
None, you are still limited to 25 GB / month while roaming.
