      <title>Cannot buy pack or add on data - Abroad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am currently abroad, so phoning EE or going into an EE store isn't an option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to buy a pack or buy data as an add on. I have logged into both the EE app and website. My account is topped up with £10.25 credit. But every time I go through the process of buying a pack or buying data through an add on, it comes up with the an error saying to come back later. I have "come back later" on several occasions now and the same error message comes up every time. I have even tried adding a direct debit to buy a pack and this causes the same error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any recommendations?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advanced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
