How do I get a top up applied?

It is impossible to talk to anyone and no e mail address or customer service.

BT became EE because of the "Barbecue Effect" . Everyone talking about how rubbish BT was so name change vital.

What will be the next Brand name? Any suggestions?

The easiest way to top up is by setting up an EEID online account to login to the website or app, but you can also top up online without an account via the link here My EE - Anonymous Top up

Once you are topped up, you can use the credit to buy a pack with a minutes, texts and data allowance, via text like @XRaySpeX recommended or via your EEID if you set one up, or you can just use the credit for calls and texts.
