      <title>EE closing an account without notification</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have an ee sim in a phone for my 90yr old father in law. Just seen online EE have closed the account and taken the credit money that was on the phone. Can I ask where is the money and how can an elderly person on a small pension have a mobile for emergencies?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're (or the account holder) is best off to ring Customer Services on 150 from your EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other Network/Landline to Discuss. Noone here has details as to why this has happened as this is a user to user forum. Has the line been suspended due to inactivity possibly? &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can do Sim only and get them pretty cheap if you only want it for calls, but temporarily this could be reactivated by calling customer services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
