If you're looking to stop your recurring pay as you go card payments, you can find all of the details you need on our help page, or also by giving our team a call on 150 from your EE mobile.

You don't pay for PAYG by a DD; it's a direct bank card payment.

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment.
