Simcard activation

I have just bought a sim card and I want to activate it. I have received the code to get into the site and link it. I also had someone topping it up but apperantly there was a problem in payment and it is not charged yet.

I was wondering if my simcard is activated and if I can already use it??

I have got a voture code for this problem. How can I fix it ?!!

@ella9856 : SIMs don't need activating.

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

To save the SIM going into hibernation due to lack of use, just remember within every 179 days (~ 6 months) to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from any Pack or Add-on you might have.
