      <title>EE complaint refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid for a £10 top up, EE said "error, didn't take payment" so I paid again for £10 a top up, in my account it states £10 balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bank informs me EE have taken both £10&amp;nbsp; payments. I call EE for a refund and the customer assistant tries to get me to upgrade phone before telling me shes "made a note of the problem".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was a few days ago and not heard anything and no refund received. I will make a formal complaint but is there any way I can get someone to help with this urgent matter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a credit from EE, and they stated "About 7 Days" so bear than in mind. However, I got it back in ~2 Days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
