    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation. Topping-up now would be too late.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you previously use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE removed my number from the network that was not inactive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My pay as you go number which i have since around 2014/2015 was disconnected from the EE network and i am told i have lost the number,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a bank statement showing my topup on middle May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This number was used to 2FA etc. and i need this number back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, could someone from EE help with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had no call from EE. No text saying this would be done or asking me i wanted to move the number to a contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This number was an EE business number a company i worked for allowed me to keep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone was on and connected to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;EE CS got back to me and it looks like they can get the number working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far EE CS has been great.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
