PAYG simply does not work

I type PAYG to 150, i wait for a text which shows me the different options, i choose one of the packs below and type on "PACK10" they ask me to say yes to confirm, so I say yes, and then i get no response after 20 minutes of waiting? I do this whole thing again and again and after I say yes there is just no response from them,

Did you have at least £10 credit when you texted PACK10?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
