I think my number has been deactivated as I have been away for a while and haven’t used the SIM. How do I get it reactivated?

@AKKAN7 : Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Yes it’s been a long time and I understand that I nah have lost my line. How do I get my number back?

I've just told you. If you've last made a chargeable action within 6-9 month ago you call CS. If it's been longer you've lost it for good.

You can't! If you've lost your no. there's no no. to move obviously.
