Cannot get a new subscription pack

Hi,

I have been trying to add a subscription pack but I keep getting the same problem. I get the following message:

Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment

And then the content is blocked 🚫 I have tried using Chrome and Edge and nothing seems to work. How can I resolve this problem?

Are you logged into your EE account when you get this message?

If you text ALL PACKS to 150 and follow the reply to set up the pack you would like, does this work for you?
