Hello, I was trying to set up the card monthly payment for my pack of I would have to pay 10 percent less, however that did not happen and charged me the full 15 pounds, and placed it iny balance, then I tried to get the 15 pound pack, but the 150 message told me that there is a better deal in the new pack, to which I thought that it would just switch, but it will need to take my bank details. So now I have accidentally ordered something to my house, I believe it is another SIM or whatever, which was also 15 pounds, please if there is a way to cancel that that would be great as it was completely accodental.

@Therealsat04 : If you've bought a PAYG SIM but not used it you may call CS to cancel it & get a refund.
