Hi I've just got a new pay as you go sim, paid £10 I've got 12gb data but no texts or mins. Supposed to have 500 mins and unlimited texts. How do I activate my mins and texts?

You don't appear to have a pack, not even data. You'll need to call CS to get an explanation.
