Credit to pay for a pack

Hi All. Three driving me up the wall with poor signal. So trying an EE PAYG sim card.
I added £10 to my account in the hope I would get the advertised 8GB data, 500 minutes and unlimited texts. However I cannot buy this advertised pack, it is on my account as credit. Can you purchase these “packs” with the £10 credit? Thanks, David 🙂

Yes, with £10 credit text PACK10 to 150.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

what happens if when you try message 150 PACK10 or PACK15 the message isn’t delivered
