My pack ended with over 100gb remaining data
I top up £5 when struggling and had data rolled over
they now changed to £10
i can get through on the phone as just sends me in circles can’t speak to adviser
need to know if I can top up another £5 and get my data back

Data Rollover is only available with £10 and £15 packs.

If you move to a pack that is not eligible you won't be able to keep your Data Rollover.

The £5 pack is a legacy pack. Once you give it up you can't get it back.
