If so, there's no need to cancel it. Just don't use it & it expires after 30 days.

Hello,

I am trying to switch from my EE payg sim to a contract one. I have been using it for 7 months now. When l visited the EE store they weren’t able to finish the process and told me to call 150 to cancel the PUK code l requested 2 days earlier. I didn’t transfer this PUK code to any network provider. I rang customer service & they restarted the process but again they couldn’t finish, only this time telling me that it was a credit score issue. I was left confused from their responses, so may you please look into the issue again and assist. Thanks.

We actually cannot look into your issue here, as there is no account access and we have no idea who you are, this is a public forum, you would have to discuss this with customer service. Good luck.
