    <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you previously use it for a chargeable action? If more than 9 months you've lost it completely. If more than 6 months it has gone into hibernation and you can get it back by phoning CS. Looks like the former applied.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've found out that my account has been closed/deactivated.&amp;nbsp;During the last few days, I haven't received calls or messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had 15 ₤ credit on my Pay As Go sim card and under the Payment History, mentioned "Closing Adjustment" and "-15.00 ₤".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I recover my account and the sim card? If I top up&amp;nbsp;my Pay As Go sim card, will it return to the normal and the last&amp;nbsp;15 ₤ would be recharged in my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for your assistant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The last time for topping up was 6 months and 1 week ago. It means I have enough time to refill the sim card and reactive it. Thanks for the guidance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacting to the CS is available on the phone only? Is not available from the web portal by chat? As far as I remember, CS solved another problem when I contacted them on online chat. But I cannot find it right now in the Contact Us section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
