roaming clarification

Hello,

I'm a PAYG customer with no subscriptions and have just bought the Unlimited | 30 days data addon.

I have to go to Italy for work for more than two weeks. What is the best data roaming option(s) available that go with the above? Can I activate it from the UK, or do I activate it when I arrive there?

@stormchaser17 You need to activate the sim and at least make one call/text from within the UK first in order to be able to use the sim abroad. To use the sim allowance you need to purchase a 7 day roaming add on ant £10 and you can only use 25Gb of data per month when abroad.

@stormchaser17 : That data add-on, up to a limit of 25GB pm while roaming, will work in the EU w/out extra charge.

As you have no active pack you will not be invited to purchase a 1 or 7 day PAYG roaming add on.
