Topping up my PayG Dongke

Hi, I recently purchased a credited PayG Dongle and it’s ran out of credit. I’m trying to top up and the link is not letting me. How do you do this and how do you transfer the credit once I manage to get topped up to the Dongle?

Any advice appreciated. As you can gather I’m not very good at this!

Hello @KimWom

if you know the mobile you can call 150 from any EE or BT Mobile or house phone or call 07953 966 250 and do a manual automated payment.

or you can go to your local branch and they can issue a top up card which you can use at any pay point operator.

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Thankyou. Managed to do that. Jst thought there would be somewhere on ‘my Er’ in the EE site to do it easily and to check usage and how much credit left. Can’t see that or find it
