Hello, I ran into a problem where I can’t connect additional data, I tried to log in through the site and the myee application, everything was useless, I tried to send an SMS UNL DATA, I received a response (Sorry, there has been a problem and we cannot add this add on, please try again later ) Tell me what should I do? You have an active pack. You should be able to use data in EU. Where are you?

Then there is no reason not to be able to use it. What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?

Why were you originally enquiring about adding data when you already had an active plan?
