&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Galaxy A31 with EE installed. Today I've paid 40 pounds to top-up (enforced) and when I try to make a call I get a message that says "Not enough, you must top up NOW". So I did twice , same outcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer support tried (no luck), passed me on to an expert (useless) still no ability to make calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could go on but I'm getting all worked up&amp;nbsp; again. I am age 83 znd just want to make calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago"&gt;HELP&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm going into the EE store in Hounslow later this morning, abandoning all your well-presented advice, hoping to get a NEW SIM card&amp;nbsp; installed, activated &amp;amp; checked (Time to throw out the old problematic one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW we are over from Vancouver for just a month, so want best short-term replacement. Use FIDO in BC . . .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
