I have a mobile wifi device that is PAYG. I know I cannot change the setting in the app, but I when I call the number for a non-ee device ********** it asks for a tesco mobile number (the network for my phone). What is going on.

Why are you calling a chargeable 0845 no? It's years since firms used them for CS. Use the Freephone no in my sig.

@alecmonty1 : On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
