&lt;P&gt;Are you a new customer? If so, I advise you to log out and then go to shop and order it that way..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If already a customer, are you trying to upgrade or just adding a new SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to purchase sims via online account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I am either already logged in or try to login to purchase a new sim, I get a technical error which doesnt allow me to purchase the sim for my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When on PAYG you need to be logged out of your PAYG account when you are ordering a contract SIM. They don't mix!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
