      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I text roaming to 150 prior to going about abroad a text from EE comes through that has nothing to do with roaming then when I end up in the country I am not able to access roaming/text the Room EU7D text because I'm already there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to call EE customer service from the airport wifi to have them enable this. I'm not sure what the problem is but it's genuinely making me want to leave EE this is happened five times now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on a monthly subscription pack and I'm super frustrated, if anyone can help me please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4410036"&gt;@Billthurston&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;: Texting ROAMING to 150 is a contract thing; not PAYG. That's why you get an "unrecognised" response &amp;amp; a list of the valid keywords.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a current live pack?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
